Hello and welcome to our Community!

This community has a lot to offer such as friendly neighbors, a boat/jet-ski ramp and a beautiful beach overlooking the Bay Bridge. 

Here are some must do's when you move in:

•  Steve Stroetzel (phone # under officers link) is the gentlemen who has the key to the ramp as well as the gate at the beach. One key works for both.
• There is also a port-a-potty at the beach for your use while you are swimming.
• Click here to read the By-Laws for the community. Requires Adobe Reader.
• Trash pick-up is every Wednesday and Saturday.
• Recycling happens every Wednesday.  You must separate your paper/cardboard from all plastic/glass/aluminum.
• Drive safely and slowly. There are many pedestrian, notably children, and animals on our roads. Speed limit is 25 mph.
• Dog walking is a favorite community activity. Please carry your doggie bags with you and use them. Poop and scoup is the neighborly way to walk your dog.
